This virtual tasting will take a deep dive into the ancient tradition of making wine in qvevri.  We will explore how this ancient clay fermentation vessel can solve a lot of wine-making problems.  We will try a selection of wines that demonstrate how good qvevri winemaking leads to textured, pure, pristine wines without any oxidative character. 

This will be a tutored tasting of 12 wines, open to press, wine communicators and educators, and trade guests. Confirmed attendees will be sent 12 x 100ml bottles to taste during the session.
